“Who’s speaking?” I hear you ask. Day 1: Startup Blastoff and Super Workshops
There’s a full schedule available on the SuperConf website, but here’s a taster of what you’re in for. Day one of SuperConf is all about the Startup Blastoff. This is a headfirst dive into the word of emerging technology companies. The website explains:
Startup Blast Off is where 8 new companies launch their products and show off the superhuman technology they’ve been working on. 8 companies will enter, but only one will emerge as the Super Startup of the year and take home $20k in cash and prizes. A panel of top tier judges, made up of founders, angels, venture capitalists & journalists will pick our winner. On top of this great experience on day 1, there is the option to purchase tickets to Super Workshops. Sometimes I wish I didn’t live in the UK. This conference sounds like a great chance to meet with and learn from some pretty influential people in the design and technology world. It’s certainly cheaper to attend than many of the conferences I’ve seen in the past — when combined with saving $70, it’s a pretty awesome deal.
